Electrician showed up on time and thoroughly troubleshot an issue with my doorbell. In the end, he replaced the button and the box in under 30 minutes. I was referred to this company from Home warranty company. Would use again.

Although the tech was nice and gave the impression that I could trust them, he acknowledged to me that my issue Could be from wear and tear but wrote to American home shield that the issue was due to me overloading the circuit. The issue I was having was in my bedroom and he never even went to the room to determine if there was any evidence of me having too many things plugged in to overload the circuit. Horrible experience with this company. Would never hire. This company was sent to us by the warranty company. The electrician came and was extremely rude and unprofessional to the family at home. Had to tell the electrician to leave the house because of how rude he was. He was disrespectful to the property and didn't want to acknowledge what they were saying to him. The lady that answers the phone clearly knows the electricians is the problem and is rude. Stay away.

Would not recommend this company for any electrical work. They were sent by the warranty company. They ended up reporting a different issue than what the technician providing on his report which I signed and have a copy of. They do that so that the home warranty denies the claim so that they can change you directly a lot more since the home warranty would never pay them what they charge the customer. The lady that answers the phone and apparently is the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Save yourselves the headache... read more
