This company was contracted to me through my home insurance. First of all they were able to come early which was great. I had an issue with a ceiling fan I was sure they were going to try to replace it. The expert technicians analyze the problem and were able to fix it that day without having to get a new fan.
This company was sent by the home warranty company to my rental property. Electrician came, changed a breaker in the electric panel. And he said to the tenant this panel is dangerous, he doesn't know how this panel is still working. It's a huge saftey issue, etc. But he didn't document anything. The electrician came to repair light on ceiling fan. He wanted to step on my bed with his dirty shoes on. I told him no he could not. He said he will have to come back another day once the bed was moved (the bed is king size) I told him I took off work for the repair.i mentioned that he and I could move the mattresses and then he could put the ladder inside the bed frame.
