do not recommend this company at all. They came to my house, spent less than 20 minutes, and immediately said my unit could not be repaired and that I would need to replace it. The quote they gave me was outrageously high (around $12,000), while my neighbors with the same size house paid on average $5,000–$6,000 for a full replacement. When I asked for alternatives or a more reasonable option, they never called me back, never followed up, and never sent another quote. I purchased a new unit and warranty from this company . They installed the unit and then i was having a problem so I emailed them to come service the unit ( i was willing to pay for the visit, and at that time I wasnt sure i need to use the warranty or not ). Below is the response i received.
