Customer interaction is great but the are other things that need improving. Quality of work is not up to a business standard. I've owned 10 vehicles( 3 Nissans, 2 Audi, a Cobalt, Neon, Metro, Escort, and Isuzu Pickup) before my VW and had all of them tinted professionally tinted. This is the first time the tint looks shade-tree quality. The tint has multiple scraps and scratch from pool quality tool and/or installation skills. Got windows tinted few days ago. Starting to see bubbles and the back windows they cut all messed up where you can see light come through. I'll be taking this back to be fixed.

I came in to get my windows tinted and was very very please with the customer service and the finished product. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for detailing or window tinting.
