Came in several months ago and the guy had to look up the procedure on YouTube before he could do the job. Didn't inspire confidence. Truck wasn't ready when he said either-- So the one star. Thinking back, most of the reviews here seem pretty accurate. Preferential treatment seemed to be reserved for the "regulars". I haven't been back.
Beyond excited just picked up my vehicle was quoted a ridiculous amount by ANOTHER mechanic, thought I needed to buy a new car, due to the quote that was given to me prior going to JIREH Auto. I was even told I needed a new motor. Mauricio left my vehicle like NEW he explained to me in detailed what was wrong with it and the options I had, would totally recommend to my family and friends. Don’t get fooled by the negative reviews. His simply amazing!! JIREH AUTO CARE & Mauricio our honest and trustworthy!
They are not organized. There have too many different things going on with too many different cars at the same time. You end up with a long wait for your own vehicle. It ends up being too slow. The worst part is that they are not thorough- you sometimes have to bring your car back for the same problem over and over again.
