Dr Jiranek is a genius....while billing may stink... it pretty much does everywhere...St Mary's for one has horrific billing and customer service...but Dr Jiranek is a brilliant surgeon as he has done 5 knees and 2 hips on 3 people in my family ...two of whom were in their 70s and 80s and me at 57. Dr Jiranek is now at Duke in NC!!
Jiranek is one of the best hip surgeons in the country and I am forever grateful. His billing department and VCU Medical are a fail. 4 years later I renew my drivers license and find out there is a $500 lean against me? I call VCU and pay it right away. There are over 46 marks against me on my credit report from VCU Medical. Not once did the billing department try to contact me by phone, mail or email. Until these marks are removed I will continue to write unfavorable reviews.
