I just had Jira come out to fix my AC that went out on me. Isaiah looked the whole unit over, figured out the problem, ordered the part, and got it going in no time! Fast, knowledgeable, and not overpriced like some places. As an added bonus, they’re a family owned local business! I would highly recommend!!!

I didn’t think that anyone would come out on a Sunday in the freezing weather.Andrew came out and got our heat restored in record time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient! I’m very grateful and …thanks to Andrew… warm!!!

Gave them a call on the weekend. Took the tech a short time to make the diagnosis and recommended what we needed. Great service.

They did great work. Called them and got same-day service. Turns out all I needed was a capacitor and a coolant recharge, and they took care of it in an hour. Reasonable price for service and parts. Customer service and scheduling was smooth, and the workers were smart, cheerful, and professional. Jira will be my top choice next time. Quick shoutout to Reed H&C too, they were booked solid so they recommended Jira to me.
