I am disappointed to say that my doctor of 5 years refused to help me in March of this year during my appointment a Wayne Health at 400 Mack in Detroit. Dr. Jira Coumarbatch. He owned a private practice. So when he left his practice, my family followed him to Wayne Health Network. To my surprise, I was in the middle of asking him questions about myself during my second visit with him and he completely turned his demeanor towards me and stated the following, "I'm confused. Has been my family's physician for decades. He's an awesome Doctor.
Horrible service. Do not recommend. Do not waste your time. Waited an hour for service only to be yelled at..."Come back when you have time." Very rude and condescending. Even the receptionist is unprofessional! She called and asked me to come into the office earlier. When I said I couldn't, her reply was..."Why? You gotta work or something?" I was taken aback at the level of lax behavior. I hate to be that person but extremely ghetto. They need to take this practice to the basement. It is that egregious.
Horrible service. Was waiting for almost two hours just to get blood drawn and the doctor was STILL nowhere to be seen. Wasted my time and I missed a meeting. I don’t know how you run a dingy office like that.
He is a rude person and should not be practicing medicine!
