I requested my hair done with curly by showing the photo she asked me to show what kind of hair I wanted. Ended up straight hair,. when I complained about it, she blamed me that I straightened my hair intentionally. She said she would give me a 15-minute consultation for my ruined $200 hair. I have been using jinyi for over 3 years now, and she has done a good job with me, sometimes she can be too creative but overall she is much better than all the barber shops i used in both dallas and in mckinney. Maybe she knows how to work with asian hair better? For example, i pulled out an image of the style I want, she can replicated it whereas others just lack the attention to detail.

I've had a hard time searching for a salon that truly works with Asian hair and I would recommend Ms. Jinyi in a heartbeat. She was kind, friendly and skilled in her services. What I love about her is that she provided great tips on haircare for my damaged hair while also showing me quick hairstyles for the day. I've received compliments from my friends, peers, and family. Thank you again.
