O Stars, I had a terrible experience with Dr. Jinyl at the Loveland Kaiser facility. Weeks before my appointment, I sent a concise one-page summary of my ongoing health concerns, hoping to establish care and get help managing these issues. Her nurse responded that the doctor had read my concerns and wanted to see me to discuss my care. She was so incredibly kind. I was in a really bad state when I saw her and she was patient and calm. She gave me straightforward and honest feedback and I really appreciate everything she has done for me. I feel like I'm on the road to recovery and she is a big reason for that. Thank you Dr Ling for all of your help and your commitment to helping those in need.
I love the personal and professional touch of the doctor. KPs paperwork printouts are near worthless. Please stop. Twenty pages of the same stuff that is mostly not applicable
Dr Ling is not my primary but I have absolutely no qualms about seeing her. If my primary isn't available or if he came unavailable she's the one I choose.
I’m overwhelmed by the positive experiences I’ve had with this medical organization. Very grateful for them.
