The yuzu chicken ramen was very yuzu-forward. The Brussels sprouts tempura is the first time I’ve seen a restaurant do this but it was very flavorful. The rice was also very good. Overall solid, will have to go back and try the other dishes.
The food at JINYA was delicious and definitely the highlight of our visit. The ramen was flavorful, satisfying, and everything we ordered was enjoyable. There’s clearly a lot to like about the food and the menu. Unfortunately, the service left quite a bit to be desired. Our waitress was friendly but didn’t check on us regularly, and we had to ask for water refills rather than having them offered. Our server Kalen provided outstanding customer service at JINYA Ramen! He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had a great dining experience. His excellent attitude and hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend Kalen! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Only had the bowl, but too salty.... loud music tbh. Loved the artichoke tempura! Guess I'll have to try the ramen next time...
