Sauce had come kind of build up of mold
The 2010 Tonkatsu was great and thick wavy noodles are awesome. We’ve been other ramen bars before but this place doesn’t provide utensils for soup … so we asked for spoons and get offered with plastic take out spoons. It’s a bit odd for a ramen bar not having spoons but overall ramen was good.
