Great spot for quality ramen! The broths are rich, flavorful, and served piping hot, and the noodles have just the right texture. The Spicy Tonkotsu and JINYA Tonkotsu Black are definitely standout menu items. Beyond ramen, their small plates—especially the pork gyoza and JINYA buns—are fantastic starters. I visited Tuesday during lunch time. Ordered spicy chicken ramen, crispy chicken, and others. The ramen was good, perfect spice level. I love adding the crispy chicken to my broth, between the chicken absorbing the spicy broth and the crispyiness, so goood. It was a little busy but the hostess was handling it well. I paid with cash and fully regret it. I was on my lunch break and returned late to work due to it; they didn't have change.
