We had a disappointing experience here today. The waitress was really nice, polite, and understanding when our vegan ramen came out with the wrong noodles — we had ordered thin noodles but received thick ones. She immediately offered to fix it, which we appreciated. However, the manager came over afterward and spoke to us in a very rude and unprofessional way.
