I have never had a problem with the amazing food at Jinya. Their Sprouting up ramen is one of my favorite foods on the planet. However, I ordered through Uber Eats and got 3 almost completely raw eggs with my 3 sprouting up ramen. They were in the shell, which has never happened, and so my mom and I accidentally cracked almost raw eggs in our ramen and ruined it. I’m sure if I were at the restaurant, they would have fixed it. Uber Eats refuses to give refunds.

My family enjoyed it. Ordered a few appetizer. If they enjoyed it, I'll give it a thumbs up.my ramen was warm, soup was not bad. It's missing a "wow" factor.
