Very good experience overall. Super fast notarized translation (earlier than promised), no errors or typos. I see many bad reviews here just because the woman who works there, is very organized and doing her best to serve the customers as fast and effectively as possible. People don't appreciate this nowadays for some reason, thinking she is rude. No, she is not! She is just professionally doing her job. Despite some hiccups with my payment, she was very helpful. This place is definitely recommended.

Very rude and unprofessional lady. do not ever go to her. in the first place, I called her & she booked my appointment. when I reached in the plaza, the suit is upstairs and I couldn't find the place. So, i called her but she didn't pick any call. Then, I had to ask people around for the exact location and then I reached over there. after that she told me that why were you calling me? I recently used this translation service, and it was a complete disappointment. I ended up spending a whole 4 hours in line! The result was disheartening. They got the translation of the document wrong, and the most important part was left out. Because of this, my documents were not accepted. Moreover, I had to spend a lot of money on taxis and even missed a scheduled meeting because of this. Today i was refused the service, because it was against the personal believes of the notarius. In Canada, these days they are allowed to refused to provide service to clients, if that is againts their personal values?. If you decide to go there, make sure your requested service is matching with the lawyer's personal attitude. it legal?

The worst service ever. Extremely rude woman! Not professional at all, she makes a lot of mistakes and when u tell her to fix it, she won’t.
