my husband bought our daughter and myself rings for Christmas. We went back to do a size exchange a few days later. My daughter's Crown ring had little stones/gems around the ring. My daughter went back when she noticed a few stones/gems fell out. The lady asked if she had the receipt my daughter said no. The lady printed a receipt and told her to come back. My mother has aphasia and the people here played her around because she is disabled. They would not return a faulty product and made her go somewhere else. I would not do bussiness with these people. They have bad service and will take advantage of you.
