Jinny Song is the person that you need when buying a home. I cannot speak more highly of her. My brother found her online and no regrets at all. YOU should contact her and you will be very happy and you can sleep well without worrying if you got the house at a right price because she will help you negotiate. She was able to get me free fridge and dryer and washer (not supposed to be included but Jinny asked for it and the builder agreed), I would never thought about asking for it.
