Told that a consent was needed to have a phone call from the doctor. Completed the consent in the morning for a 4:00 pm call. Had my 92 year old mother waiting for the call. Dr. Han calls my number instead of my mother and leaves a voice mail saying we need to consent, which was already done. Called the office and was told that we need to reschedule 5 days from now. Infuriating that this is how they rectify their mistake.
Dr. Han is an excellent internist and a fine person . She has been my doctor for several years and I am very happy with her. I will rate her the 5 stars. Edward Bass
