I couldn't make an appointment with the doctor because the receptionist is intolerant, rude, and has no respect for future patients.
Very pleasant experience the doctor knows what she's doing not like some quacks out there. Believe me I came across quite a few I have problems with my back which have nothing to do with this but every time I go to doctors for pain management all the want to do is rip you off and get you hooked on opiates so you keep on coming back. But anyway back to the subject she was very gentle and diagnosed my problem right away thank you
Dr. Jin was an expert and super friendly explaining my conditions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jin to anyone who has issue with vocal or throat issue.
Dr Choi was fantastic, from the minute we met her. Her office staff is a different story. Specially the receptionist at the front desk was very rude over the phone and in person.
