Dr Ma is organised and thorough and knows all about your case before she walks in.
It was less than satisfactory. Dr Ma doesnt seem comfortable in her own shoes. NOBODY answers the office phone; it rings busy day after day. On the automated phone menu you will never get an answer with the exception of selecting 2 on the menu,which is Dr. to Dr. Guess what - Out of desperation I selected 2 and someone picked up the phone. Discrimination????

I found DR MA very informative and through. Answered all my questions in a professional and timely fashion. Would defiantly recommend.
Told us one story over phone which gave us some hope. Once in office face to face told a different, not so promising story. When trying to discuss this with her she was very defensive. We would like to report our experience to her superiors. POOR communication.
I strongly suggest you do not select Dr. Ma as your pulmonologist. My mom almost died under her care. Additionally, Dr. Ma is completely unprofessional and unwilling to provide care to her patients.
HAD MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR.Ma. I found her to be very caring and compassionate .Lindsey her receptionist is a great help in explaining test and procedures. You are given your test results promptly. I would recommend Dr.Ma to anyone.
