Sorry to say but this company cannot be counted on. Paid $300 in February of 2025 for lights on two large pine trees in front of our house. Asked for earliest Holiday season installation as possible. After numerous texts and calls, mid December the company informed me they would not be able to install. I was given a choice between carrying over my payment for 2026 installation or a refund. I chose refund which was promised after the Holiday season. Well is is almost St Patrick's Day and no refund to date.

I would never use this company. Like others, I paid them upfront and they never delivered. They had a 3 week window and failed to install the lights. Now they are delaying processing my refund. Buyer beware.

These guys were absolutely great to work with. We got snow real early this year and our house doesn’t get a lot of winter sun because we have massive trees in front and back. So we weren’t getting much melt. I tried to cancel because I didn’t want them to hurt themselves. To the Jingle Gents credit, they said give it a day and during the tiniest break in the weather they were out and installing! Have already had several compliments and would highly recommend them to anyone else seeking professional light scaping! Love coming... read more

We used this company for lights last year and had a great experience. BUT all that changed this year. We were offered the option to pay in the spring again to lock in at a lower rate for lights on our house - $872. We said OK great. In late summer we chose a very long window (Sept 15-Nov 30) for them to put lights up. Finally the week of Nov 24 came around we heard from the company that they were putting up lights at the end of the week. Dec 10th still no Christmas lights. Husband received estimate late October, paid the $450 early November with the install window of Nov 21-Dec 5th. Sent a text Dec 7th questioning the status mentioned wanting a discount or a refund because who wants their Christmas lights up for only 2 weeks at $450! Was then told they will try to be here by weds Dec 10th. It is currently weds Dec 10th and we have no lights, no communication and out $450.
