Beware: we paid for Christmas light installation and were given multiple promised dates that were missed. Communication was polite at times but inconsistent, then stopped entirely. After repeated delays and no-show dates, the service was never completed and we are seeking a refund.
Original Review (2023): A little expensive, but beats having to do it myself. They were able to do measurements based on Google Maps Street View so the only time they were able to install in a single visit which took around 30-45 minutes. Once I turned the lights on there were a couple of bulbs that didn't turn on so I sent them a message and they were out there a few hours later fixing them. Sorry to say but this company cannot be counted on. Paid $300 in February of 2025 for lights on two large pine trees in front of our house. Asked for earliest Holiday season installation as possible. After numerous texts and calls, mid December the company informed me they would not be able to install. I was given a choice between carrying over my payment for 2026 installation or a refund. I chose refund which was promised after the Holiday season. Well is is almost St Patrick's Day and no refund to date.
I would never use this company. Like others, I paid them upfront and they never delivered. They had a 3 week window and failed to install the lights. Now they are delaying processing my refund. Buyer beware.
