Jinger sold our home in less than a week! She also sold my SIL's home and MIL's home. Both of those homes needed moving assistance and even some clean-out afterwards. Very responsive and just a real pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!
Jinger started off great but felt like a bait & switch by the end. Pros: Her referrals for an estate sale firm, photographer, cleaning crews and handyman were great. She helped move furniture to take nice photos of our home. She even helped with the floor plan to pick which furniture that my elderly mom could take with her to independent living. She created a spreadsheet of the offers received to help select which buyer to go under contract. Cons: After we went under contract, she was too busy to bring it over the finish lin... read more
