I have been seeing Dr. Garland for over a year now and she has greatly improved my life. I was hesitant at first as I had avoided any doctors when possible but she and her team are different. They care for their patients and individually curate the plan of attack to help you reach your goals. Looking at where I started a year ago and to where I am now, I am beyond thankful to have Dr. Garland in my corner to help me along my journey to becoming the person I want to be.

My wife recently established care with Dr. Garland and she couldn’t be happier already with the care she has received. I happened to be at home and overheard her Zoom meeting for follow-up of her lab work. Every detail was meticulously reviewed by Dr. Garland herself. As a retired primary care physician, this gives me optimism for the future. This is the medical care that doctors were trained to deliver, unburdened by incessant distractions and barriers from insurance companies focused purely on their bottom line. Great work... read more

Dr. Cardona and Dr. Garland are amazing and work hard to get to the root of your concerns. I had a minor health issue that I'd never been seen for and they were able to identify the problem and offer effective treatment options. I appreciate their willingness to educate and provide useful take-home information. Would 10/10 recommend Cardona DPC!!

I wish I can give these guys 10 stars. I needed to get some medical stuff done for an overseas job and could not find anyone that could do what I needed to get done. Not only was I able to get it completed here for my job but but they provided great service. I want to thank Jona for providing one of the best customer service's I've come across in the past 5 years. Thank you
