Great service by the team in store. Steered us to the right product for us without being pushy. On the check measure made an adjustment so that the joins were going to being place we were happy with. Excellent communication throughout. On the day Mitch turned up on time, was polite neat and has done a great job. We cannot see any of the joins. (Unlike the builders carpet from when the house was new). Would recommend and use them again.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Diccon for going above and beyond for my elderly friend. Not only did he personally deliver her carpet to her for free, but he also helped her to move all her furniture so that they could put the carpet down and then gave her a free off cut for under her dining table. Kindness personified!
