Very satisfied and her explanation easy to understand
I took my 9 year old son to Dr Mehta for a fractured ankle. He has never had more than a skinned knee so he was very nervous. She interacted with him in a way that made him comfortable and she earned his trust. She explained his injury and what she had to do to treat it in a way that he understood. As usual, Dr. Mehta was friendly, professional and caring. Treatment went as expected. However, due to insurance changes, I had to go to a different office and needed to provide information that I didn't have with me. I told the receptionist that I would email it to her and she said fine. When got home I couldn't find an email address and called the office @4:45 and got a message that the office is closed, try again. I went to Dr Mehta due to recent Fracture of my Toe. She was extremely thorough and careful about my healing process. Never felt rushed, she and her staff listened to the concerns, staff was very accommodating to the scheduling. Dr Mehta totally went above and beyond by providing all the necessary tools and treatment for my speedy recovery. I am back to work and feel great. My interaction with Dr Jinal Mehta has been truly amazing. I highly recommend her to take care of foot and ankle related problems.
