This place is horrible in terms of patient treatment. They did not send me any text reminders for the appointment with instructions on what not to eat. And the person that did call like a week before did not say anything about drinking coffee. I drove up there and wasted my time. Do not use this provider if you can help it.

The actual medical staff is wonderful. Getting in and out is like taking a trip to East Germany during the Cold War. Weapons screen, Pat downs, going through your bag my husband who was my ride had to show id, have his picture taken…. Feels like a hospital in a war zone. Won’t be back here ever.

I can't even describe our experience this evening/this morning, but Forsyth County and the surrounding areas deserves more when it comes to emergency services. The Northside Forsyth Emergency Department staff from the reception area of the ER to the Medical Assistants we encountered, and then a few nurses really let us down... and it was in not just one area: communication, lying, overpromising and underdelivering, covering for each other. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting the hospital admin with the specifi... read more

The nurse at the front desk of the emergency room is garbage!!!! Laughing at people when they're in pain. Shame on you!!!! Please fire her and retrain the staff that works there. I will never go the that trash hospital ever again.

Northside Forsyth Hospital… STAY AWAY!! My family member is in the hospital with one broken shoulder and the other shoulder had a total shoulder replacement a week ago. Long story short.. side effects of pain meds (after her surgery) made her pass out and she fell directly on her other shoulder. So both arms in slings. Obviously she is unable to move and this place offers ZERO and I mean ZERO help to feed her or do anything. I have never seen such incompetent people in my entire life. They have zero care that she can’t do an... read more

The teamwork, professional manners, technical abilities, and concern for me as a patient and my wife as a caregiver could not have been higher. Dr. Bradbury and his team were exceptional in every aspect of their performance that I observed. Additionally, the conditions of the hospital facilities and the dress of the caregivers were as best they could be. I particularly appreciated the thorough briefing I received from the Anesthesiologist before my total knee replacement and the obvious care for me by the physical therapis... read more

I have never been to this place that something doesn’t go wrong. I have shown up for a mammogram to find out the machine is down yet no one called me. Then I came back and they didn’t have any techs to do the test. Today I came for a cardiac appt. My appt was 10:30. I went back to the desk at 11:20 and they said soon. They finally called me for registration and I heard them talking that they had forgotten to check me in properly. So basically they forgot about me. It is now 11:55 and I have not been called back. I am taking ... read more

Never again. At the advice of my doctor he requested that I go to ER for an MRI. He asked which location I would be going to I had my choice of their Canton Ga location or Sandy Springs location. Canton was the closest but results would be coming faster from Sandy Springs. The security people were rude and entrance was almost impossible to enter. When I was called I gave the admitting desk my ID and asked if they need my insurance info they said no that it would be taken in the back. When I was finally called to be adm... read more

I took my 85 year old mother to the Northside ER. If I had to describe the staff in 2 words it would be quiet quitting. My mother had not eaten or drank in 2 days and was deydrated. We arrived at the ER around 5:45 PM. We got called back around 9:00. Around 11:00 I ask if she should be given water or an IV. The nurse sitting at the station said they don't like to do anything until the Doctor gives the order. At midningt they brought in an IV. At 2:00 we had still not seen the doctor and I told them that if she was not... read more
