So I got into an accident and called Jims at 830 at night. He got there right away and took care of my car. He was really great to deal with and was available when I called the next day to get things from my car. He was ready with an estimate for repairs the next day and gave me several options for how to go about it. He really knows the business and was able to tell me exactly what to expect from the insurance company. In the future I'm going to use him as my auto mechanic as well.
