The crew that came to remove my tree were great! They were very personable and they did a great job! I couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Jims!
Great experience working with Jim's. My yard was not destroyed as they came in with the spider and did a fantastic job. This is the second time Jim's has done work on my property and I wouldn't want anyone else. Tired of guys who throw outrageous prices at you or don't even return your calls- go with Jim's! Filled out their form to get a quote. Had to follow up twice for someone to finally come out. Had someone come out on 9/15 took a couple mins to survey. Said they would email me the quote later that day. Followed up on 9/19 to no response. Followed up again on 9/23 and was told the estimator was out sick. Finally got the estimate on 9/24 and accepted it. It's kow 10/20 have not heard anything. Emailed to follow up and no response. They obviously don't want any business. I only have good things to say about Jim and his company. They worked with me to schedule a large tree removal around my busy schedule so I could be present during the job. The guys were courteous and very professional. They were respectful of the property, and took great care to safeguard my house and my driveway while using and extremely large crane truck and bucket truck.
