Shawn - thank you for your service. Easy to talk to and to my personal opinion honest - which is something you don't see often with repair shops . I first took the car to Honda Dealership and they told me to replace a bunch of parts that would cost about 3k. I found Jim's transmission from google with good review and took my car there. Shawn told me exactly the issue and resolved it same morning and saved me a lot of money. Thank you again and I will recommend your shop to all my friends and family.

Was searching around the area for transmission shops for a rebuild job for my 05 trailblazer but all the shops I’ve called were charging an arm and a leg and I gave Jim’s a call shawn was very helpful and quoted me a wallet friendly price for a rebuild they did a amazing job will be returning to them for future transmission jobs they give good warranty for their work 3 year/50k miles GREAT JOB!!!!!!
