We hired Jim’s T&R Construction Ltd. after a windstorm to repair damage on our roof. We paid $1,200 in cash for the repair. Jim never told us the work was temporary or that it would fail. After the first heavy rainfall, we had a major leak in the exact spot they worked on. Water came through the roof and caused damage to our wall and interior.
