Fast and friendly
I called earlier today to make an appointment and the guy on the phone told me i didn't need to make an appointment so I told him I get off work at 4pm. I go in a little after 4 and I ask for my tires to be looked at and the old man at the desk rudely told me that they were busy this late in the day but would ask the guys in the back. He went to the back and I told the receptionist that I called to make an appointment and was told just to come in. I delivered tires here. There is room around back to turn around, that's prolly where you will deliver the tires anyway. The people I talked to were nice and they got me unloaded pretty quick. They do have facilities as it's a retail location.
Horrible customer service, extremely rude
