Ordered a steak sub, was uneatable. Absolutely swimming in grease, mayonnaise and Jim's Sauce. Soaked through both pieces of sub paper and the sub bag. Bread was a soggy mess and completely fell apart when I picked it up to try and eat it. At $19 dollars and change, I will not be going back.
Seems to be a hit or miss. Sometimes food is fine and other times.... not so much. Last time I ordered I did pickup through doordash and I've never had doordash refund an order so quick with the pictures I provided. In general doesn't feel anything like the Jims you'd go to in the 2000s after a night out. Granted that is likely because those memories are paved in nostalgia of young adulthood but still... believe me I'm not picky when it comes to needing food late night so if it's bad enough to complain about there's an issue... read more
The employees here dont know the difference between hot and mild... also they give you the smallest tender on your subs... i spent 15 dollars on a jims bleu sub 12" which only came with 2 small chicken tenders... no blue cheese... like what are yall doing
Jim's hot bleu- visibily overcooked fingers that were dry. Minimal bleu cheese, almost no sauce and a ridiculous amount of wilted lettuce. An absolute waste of money.
