With soaking rain in the forecast and my parents flying home unexpectedly and needing a ride from the airport I needed to get my window fixed. My appointment was at 4:00 and I was working in Detroit. Just as I was leaving work I found out 75 was shut down, in both directions. I called Jim's and explained, they said," we'll wait for you". After a Very long drive I was an hour and a half late. Thank You Jim's!
We had an issue with our rearview mirror that had detached and when our mechanic had the car in for another unrelated repair he could not fix this but told us to go here. They were able to slot us in quickly and did the job very well. It was not a simple glue back on, requiring extra work to get the heavy (extra electonics on it) mirror reattached. Have to say first impression was a great one and we will go there for future work and recommend them. Thanks!
