I would rate service bad but the service never happened. I wasted 2 days home from work and had to finally cancel after zero communication from anyone at Jim's. From the booking of the appointment to the final cancellation, I did not receive 1 phone call from the Jim's regarding anything. My favorite part was the call I MADE where I was told by the person answering the phone "I don't know anything about it."
