We wanted this to be a wonderful experience and support a small business however it was not. We initially needed the cable fixed that engages the blades and a tune up which we were verbally quoted about 40 bucks for the tune up and after we drove all the way out there he wouldn't quote for labor on the cable as he said he's never done one..yikes , but ok.. so we left it .. then he called to say the cable is backordered and I asked he completed the tune up and tubes only ..
