We had a wheel issue that we could not drive for a bit while we were in anchorage, but we live in Wasilla. Not only did he drive out from the valley, but it was later in the day long after a lot of the shops had closed. He did check things out and assured us it was okay to drive. It was really nice to have Jim help us in such a pinch.
Extremely unresponsive. I had a car emergency and Jim said he could have one of his guys look at it on the weekend. When I called him on the weekend and left a voicemail, he didn’t answer both times or ever called me back. He also didn’t answer the following Monday when I tried again.
Jim & Eric really helped me out. Have 2019 Jeep and my clutch wasn’t working properly. They got me back on the road and found a recent recall on Jeep clutches for me to review with dealership. Theses guys know there stuff.
We were stuck with a flat late on a Saturday evening and the mechanic we called, already an hour outside of anchorage headed to his weekend plans, turned around and came to us to fix the flat. Wonderful service, thank you!
My alternator went out - within a few hours Jim came to me and had me back on the road! Excellent service, highly recommended.
