I had gotten into an accident on route 31 I had called triple a and it had been about 30 min the cops showed up after I was done with them the truck came and he loaded it up and was suppose to be taking it to my house come to find out I called triple a and asked where my car was and turns out it was jims towing the guy didn't mention he was called by the onondaga county sherriffs or that he wasn't with triple a or that he was going to charge me 320$ for the tow but I found that out 10 min after we left so I called jims and t... read more

I got into an accident and called AAA for a tow . My vehicle was not in the road in the way at all . These guys showed up and loaded my car onto the flat bed when I realized they weren’t aaa I asked them to remove my car I already called for a tow he told me the cops called him but that’s a lie because I spoke with the cop and they were fine with me calling my own tow since I wasn’t in the road. They charged me 300$ for basically stealing my car and driving 4 miles to their shop. They’re scumbags
