I recently got stuck. The local sheriff called Jim's to come winch me out. The truck arrived within 20 minutes. The driver refused to use the vehicle manufacturer's tow hook, but instead hooked onto my left front wheel support and winched me sideways, which altered my front end alignment, resulting in the need for a front end alignment that would not have been necessary if the tow hook had been used. I had gotten into an accident on route 31 I had called triple a and it had been about 30 min the cops showed up after I was done with them the truck came and he loaded it up and was suppose to be taking it to my house come to find out I called triple a and asked where my car was and turns out it was jims towing the guy didn't mention he was called by the onondaga county sherriffs or that he wasn't with triple a or that he was going to charge me 320$ for the tow but I found that out 10 min after we left so I called jims and t... read more
