I am super impressed with Jim's Self Storage in Williamstown. The facilities are very well maintained, clean, with everything to make moving as easy as possible. We used the van, so good. Staff go above and beyond to assist in any way they can. Communication is excellent, whether by phone, email, or in person. They make you feel welcome and valued. Highly recommend this great team.
Well run and very organised. The temperature was stable and the wine did well. Always spotless. They have a trailer which is handy.
Great facilities, super clean and very secure. Wonderful staff, very helpful. I've used a lot of storage facilities over the years, these guys are head and shoulders THE BEST! Very good prices too.
