We used Jim's Storage for storage while buying/selling/downsizing/renovating. It almost felt like a second home. The staff there were great (thanks Stephen in particular!) and the use of a trailer super useful. The flexibility to be able to come and go, move bits and pieces when it suited us, was great. A great service all the way through, thankyou!
I didn't think I would be writing a review for a self storage company, but here I am because I am just so impressed by the wonderful people who work here. Rosemary and Stephen at the front desk are two of the kindest and most accomodating people I've come across and will definitely put some spring in your step when you meet them. I've been storing here for about 8 years and am extremely happy with everything. Thanks guys!

I love Jim's Self Storage Williamstown. Every five years or so, I re-evaluate my life, declutter and move house, which inevitably requires temporary storage of all my stuff, and Jim's Self Storage Williamstown can always be depended-on to play a central role in that process.
