Jim’s storage was really easy to use and staff very friendly and helpful. It was easy to get in and out of the facility and was a lifesaver for our moving house needs! Would definitely recommend for anyone who needs storage options.

Stored my stuff here for a couple of months while I was between houses. Lovely staff that went above and beyond, taking the time to explain and show me info about the locker and ensuring that I got the best price for my circumstances. They even gave me a free soft drink on the hot day that we moved out! Thank you to all!
I’ll be straight — I can be a difficult person to deal with, and at the start I literally made things harder for them than they needed to be. Stressful, fussy, all that. But the team at Jim’s Storage Williamstown didn’t bat an eye. They were super patient, went out of their way to help, and honestly made the whole thing way easier than it had any right to be.
