Jim was very knowledgeable and professional in helping resolve our inverter issue. He managed the warranty claim, kept us informed at each step and worked to resolve our issue within the time-line of our travel plans. Highly recommend!
What an amazing and knowledgeable person - Jim is. Diagnosed our RV hot water problem while he was driving to the airport. He did it all in less than 10 minutes. Whilw we had been struggling with it for two weeks! Kudos Jim.
If we could, we would give him 10 stars. We left a message before noon on the weekend. He not only called back promptly but talked us through the fix. Spent a good 30 minutes doing this asking questions and having us do specific things so he could narrow the issue down. Fridge would not flip over to gas after we unplugged. Jim really went the extra mile. Was getting ready to leave for the summer and turned on the refrigerator to discover it didn’t work. Called Jim and we discussed options and he ordered a frig for me. He was booked solid so installed my frig on a Sunday! His normal day off. Service like this is rare so he will be my go to guy in the future. I highly recommend him for all your RV repair needs.
Absolutely one of the best services around! Jim went out of his way and changed his schedule just come help me unclog a massively blocked tank on my RV. Quoted me a price went through hell and still asked for the same amount of money. I ended up giving him a $25 tip because he was amazing. I recommend him for any kind of services for your trailer.
