I absolutely love the chicken tortilla soup and the club sandwich.
Holy crap! I like Jims, and I go there regularly. I'm sad to say this is the last day I'll go there. I ordered pancakes and there was a cockroach cooked into my pancakes. Yuck. 🤮
Long time customer over 20 yrs I last week I complained to a lady manager about a cook who is rude and walks around with his pants half off that we can see his underwear! I know his name now is Gus, a day ago he had some sort of meltdown we heard him in dining area being rude to a waiter it made me and my family uncomfortable. Whoever the manager of this place needs to let that cook go! This is a family restaurant as a family man I don't want my wife and kids to see and hear such bad behavior coming from the kitchen.
