Strong with this meal, the flavor was. Stopped into Jim’s and went with the grilled chicken sandwich, onion rings, and tortilla soup—and this was no ordinary stop. The chicken was juicy with a solid char, layered with melty cheese and crisp bacon that actually delivered on flavor. The onion rings? Light, crispy, and piled high—exactly what you want on the side. Waitress and food was great, restaurant manager IRIS was HORRIBLE. How a manager can scream about their employees and humiliate people in front of an entire restaurant, I don’t understand. Something needs to be done ASAP
First off, my server KIM was amazing, the food was delicious no issues there. But the woman managing this place? Fire her immediately. Iris is what I’m told her name is but I just have to say how unprofessional it is to humiliate an employee in front of the entire restaurant who’s name she SCREAMED across this place and not only that but to be obnoxiously rude to everyone she deems fit, horrible management skills at its finest. Get this lady out of her management position STAT
