Good service, food and cleanliness! !
My wife and I visited Jim's today. Not a good. Experience at all. Bottom line is the service was horrible. A bunch of fat bitter old Mexican women with bad attitudes. I overheard a comment about how my wife and I weren't going to tip because we're "black". But I pretend I didn't hear anything as she gave us a cheesy fake smile right before she left us unattended for about 30 minutes. I had to flag down some young man to get a refill. Waiting 30 minutes for a cold hamberger and fries and a 15 minute wait to talk to the manager, well I give this place a -10.
I visited the Jims on 1604 and Nacogdoches last month was treated so poorly by the waitress that I decided I would never go back again. After my friend and I finished our breakfast we sat at the table for 30 minutes having our coffee and catching up with one another. We were there a total of 1 hr. and 15 minutes the waitress quit serving us coffee as soon as we finished eating. We had to have another waitress get coffee for us.
