Service is good but extremely slow. Be prepared to wait at least 3 weeks before you get your item returned back to you. This year alone, I took in at least 3 items for repair. They did not even look at them until over a 2 week period of time. And when you call in to inquire, they will hang up on you if you tell them this fact. Even when you say you can take your item somewhere else if they cannot look at it promptly, you are told they can "look" at it the next day. "The next day" has thus far been 4 days..........
