My friend told us what awesome pizza is at Jim's and she was right! We love it, and the friendly atmosphere and great service is unbeatable.

Great atmosphere, top notch service, and everything we ate from the salad bar, the cheese sticks, and both of our pizzas (a large hand tossed crust with traditional sauce, sliced canadian bacon & sausage and a small deep dish chicken & alfredo sauce pizza) was delicious!!! Can't wait to go try their sandwiches and pastas!

It seems that the problem with reporting the inconsistencies with Razorback pizza is that the so called owner does not even write all the responses to the reviews. They come from multiple sources w multiple names and we can't figure out whether it's coming from Razorback Pizza or was cross Wes Kronberg. Seeing as how I worked for Wes for two to three years at Razorback pizza, this is nothing new. The pizza is overpriced and Wes who actually only owns the one at the Fort Smith location is the most money hungry employer I have... read more
Met a friend for lunch today and enjoyed the always great salad bar and a mini pizza at a great price. The service was wonderful as usual.

Saturday I placed an order to go and they said 20-30 minutes and when I showed up it took twice as long but the manager was very nice handled the situation quickly. I never asked for a discount or anything and he credited my account for how long it took. Great customer service and the pizza was great. Thank you
