Great service and friendly staff - I even embarrassed myself a bit at the end and they were still so nice and accommodating! 😊
I was recommended to Jim's by a mutual friend. I went and was very happy with how quick he was and the prices are much better than other places I've been. I liked it so much that when my husband needed work done on his car, he went to Jim's instead of his regular mechanic.

I love the new shop! They squeezed my sons car in and did a terrific job! Their prices are more than reasonable and im sure over 1/2 of what it would have cost at the dealership. Jim and Michelle always go above and beyond to fix my car so that it safe and at the best price around. Jim went as far as having to track down a part in South Carolina. I would never take my car anywhere else.
I have been a customer for several years and they always treat you like a friend. I always hated taking my car to the garage because I was always made to feel like a " stupid girl" and left with a feeling that I was being taken advantage of when it came to the repair. Not once have I left Precision Auto thinking I could have gotten better service at a cheaper price. They are prompt with your repairs and will have you back on the road before you know it!
