Very prompt and professional as usual, told us what was wrong without trying to sell us anything extra or filling us with BS like some other septic companies have tried in the past. They have definitely found a customer for life.
We called Jim out for an emergency septic tank cleaning. They responded very quickly and were very professional. They also gave us great advice on maintaining our system.
Great customer service. Contacted them & they came out immediately the next morning, even earlier than we expected. Explained everything to us & what to do to prevent future problems with our type of aerobic septic system. Very reasonable rates & excellent customer service follow up. Rates are better than previous service we had used a year ago. Will recommend to others & we will use them again in the future.
