Jim’s Tire in Cottage Grove has been helpful to my family many times but today they saved the day! I had no idea they did house calls to fix flat tires. I had a flat and had 6 spline lug nuts on that 3 people who tried to get them off couldn’t so I went down to the store explained my situation and they came and got me on the road again! They also ordered me some regular lug nuts so I won’t have this problem again. Excellent service and highly recommend them 😊 Thank you

We had new tires for both our pickups, three trailers and are car put on by Jim's Point S Tires. Great quality tires and nice service. I would also like to thank them for being so involved in the community around them. Sponsoring so many different events in the horse world that I am aware of. And also being my personal sponsor to haul my young horse to competitions. The generosity of this company is outstanding.

Excellent customer service. I showed up stranded in Oregon right at closing time and Jim stayed after hours to help get me back on the road and back home in time. Living in San Francisco, I most likely wont have the pleasure of doing business with Jim again, I can only hope to return the favor by convincing those of you considering his services to go for it.
