First time I've called Jims, a very good experience with this business, quality work, friendly attitude and at a fair price. I will definitely be a returning customer next time I have plumbing issues I don't do myself.
Originally I was told it was $35 to have somebody come out and diagnosis my lighting issue. The technician came out for a half hour, did not resolve the problem, and left with the light fixture completely off my ceiling. He then charged my husband $114 dollars. When I called the office to speak with the owner I was told he would call me back. I never did receive a call back. I called numerous times during business hours and nobody would answer my calls. Not sure how a company can do business like this and get away with it.
jim was very nice and went straight to work and finished, and the price was affortable
I had Jim's Plumbing & Electrical work on a plumbing problem we had. He did the job right, explained to me what he was doing and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg! Very approachable and friendly service. I told him I might be calling him in a couple of months for another plumbing problem we had in the kitchen. Jim not only looked at the problem, he fixed it at no additional cost!! He even gave us some tips on how to help out with possible leaks in the bathroom!! I had Jim's Plumbing and Electrical come to my house on 2 different occasions. Both times I was treated with great respect and great service. The first time out was to unplug my toilet. This was fixed quickly for me and at a great price! Second time was after I got zapped my a light switch, not fun, but the service made up for it. I was told it was a easy fix and some one was at my door with in a couple hours, just like I was told they would be. The gentleman fixed my switch, turns out the inside was broke. I had Jims Plumbing & Electrical to my house for some plumbing repairs they were very professional found the problem and repaired the problem in a timely manner. They also had reasonable pricing and I would highly recommend Jim's Plumbing & Electrical for any plumbing problems.
Jim's Plumbing & Electrical performed plumbing & electrical in my home and I was very pleased with the outcome. They got the job done in a reasonable time and professional matter. Some things they performed were: replaced drain lines, replace/repair several outlets & light fixtures throughout house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Wade Palmyra, TN
