Called with a emergency we had flooding in our bathroom Jim s plumbing came out asap and fixed our problem
Jim is very professional and knowledgeable. If you have any sort of plumbing problem I wouldn’t hesitate to call. He has helped us a number of times over the years, and every time he is kind and quick to solve the problem. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.
Jim is extremely reliable and responsive. Personal, friendly and very knowledgeable. We always feel like a priority. Wouldn't call anyone else.
My water heater was broken and Jim was here within a couple of hours and had it fixed. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, will call again for any other plumbing needs.
