Couldn't be happier with the assistance in fixing and restoring my mom's piano.
Fantastic store, friendly and helpful employees. The owner was great to work with, got me my baby grand quickly and in great shape. Understands the care and needs that go into choosing a proper instrument. Delivery was expertly handled as well!
They are great! I tried to get a piano at my house tuned and found out it was broken. They didn't even charge me for coming all the way out and looking at it. The guy gave me a few suggestions that was within my budget and I went in to the store the next day. They pointed me to a great(in-tune) piano and helped me find a monthly price that worked for me. They're kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall great experience from the very beginning!
Awesome experience with Jim’s pianos, from purchase through to, and including delivery!! They are a great family business, and I highly recommend them! I first met with Randy who is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with! He helped me to find a replacement piano that fit my needs and worked within my budget, which is a big plus! Randy did an excellent job taking care of my piano. He explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned, tuned, and repaired the piano. My boys were excited to watch him work. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Excellent experience. Thank you
