Randy was not only knowledgeable abd diligent with our piano, but he kindly took the time to explain any potential concerns he had about the piano. I'm looking forward to the next tuning.
After thinking for several years about getting a piano, I finally stopped in at Jim's Piano store and bought myself a piano! They had a great selection of new and used pianos. Emilee helped us with the selection and the piano was delivered today. I am so glad I finally stopped in to Jim's Pianos. Great service and really nice people.
