Great service on moving and tuning my piano. Highly recommend!
Randy came and serviced our piano, excellent job, very professional and courteous. Punctual and all the things you’d want and need. It’s Extremely EXCITING TO WATCH THE TUNING PROCESS. Would recommend all day long to everyone I know. Will be calling them back. Flawless in my honest opinion.
I have been a customer of Jim's, piano for over 30 years. I have found them to be an excellent place of business. I have purchased a Baby Grand from them, which is serviced annually with piano tuning and for several years, I hosted my Piano Recitals at Jim's Pianos.
My church family and I have worked with Jim’s Piano for over 20 years. Great customer service, reliable and knowledgeable! I recently called for maintenance and our problem was resolved. The piano is all set for Sunday’s Church service.
Couldn't be happier with the assistance in fixing and restoring my mom's piano.
