Awesome experience with Jim’s pianos, from purchase through to, and including delivery!! They are a great family business, and I highly recommend them! I first met with Randy who is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with! He helped me to find a replacement piano that fit my needs and worked within my budget, which is a big plus! Randy did an excellent job taking care of my piano. He explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned, tuned, and repaired the piano. My boys were excited to watch him work. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Excellent experience. Thank you
Great experience with a local shop! We had Jim’s Pianos move a new-to-us piano in town. The moving experience was seamless from booking the appointment to communication through the move. We also had them tune the piano and it sounds amazing. I really appreciate great customer service and Jim’s Pianos was top notch!
