Jim was about to go to bed when I called. He is an older gentleman. Jim doesn't know me, and I did not know him. His wife answered the initial phone call and said he was basically in bed. I said I would have to call back. Before I could call anyone else Jim called me back to say he would head out if I needed him. I felt horrible but having your main sewer line backed up is not fun.
